Shipments to the US from the official online store
The Banana Moon Games Official Online Store offers two shipping options for international orders: “Economy Shipping” and “Express Shipping.” However, for shipments to the United States, only “Express Shipping” is currently available, and “Economy Shipping” has been temporarily suspended.
This is due to the temporary suspension of Japan Post (and USPS) acceptance of ePacket Light shipments to the United States (effective August 27, 2025) in response to U.S. customs measures.
“Express Shipping” for the United States remains available.
Packages will be transported by Yamato Transport and UPS, with U.S. customs procedures handled by UPS.
Customs clearance fees must be paid by the customer via the UPS website. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the package will not be delivered.
Thank you for your understanding.

Relaunch of “GACHIJO”
Due to the uncertainty surrounding U.S. tariff measures, we are unable to provide an update on the relaunch of GACHIJO, which was planned to be manufactured in China.

Release of new titles and new editions of other games
In response to the US tariff measures and the temporary suspension of ePacket Light service to the US by Japan Post, we have decided to postpone the release of new titles and new editions outside Japan, including the launch of the 2025 editions of “Bossa” on US crowdfunding platforms, until the situation stabilizes.
Releases within Japan are expected to proceed as scheduled without delay.
